Best phone/network for internet browsing??

I'm looking at changing my phone (currently have the SE K800i) but ideally I want something that gives me a better/faster internet service!
I've read that some phones (like the K850i) have a faster web service compared to the K800i's standard WAP I'm used to now!
Can anyone point me towards a decent provider and phone for this??

The best internet phone is....... in my opinion, the Apple iPhone. Not 3G but the internet experience is better, as they say in the ad, the full innernet.

viewty on tmobile. HSDPA speeds, 3 inch screen use the opera browser. FULL internet nuff said

nb works great as a modem for your laptop

I've managed to get a decent deal offered from o2 (I think anyway!)

New W890i, 600 mins, 1000 texts, unlimited o2 to o2 calls and unlimited internet (HSDPA speeds!) for £20 p/m!!

Does anyone know if the HSDPA is restricted depending on where in the country you are?? (I'm in the midlands!)
