i have just got the nokia n95 8gb not problems with the phone. but theyve put me on a 18 month contract and i should be on a 12 month. the bigger problem i cant spk to a bloody human being. ive emailed them to get a reply saying we will get back to u in 2 working days!!!! its no use.

does any1 no how the hell i can spk to a person and not a computer

It says automated, but maybe if they can't solve your problem through that they'll transfer you to the customer services dept.

cheers tried everything i managed to get sum1 who told me that he couldnt help. its funny when i was ordering the phone i had a few problems with my address and i managed to speak to sum1 everytime i phoned at was at least 6 times and they called me a few times, but as soon as i got my phone it changed to a computer......soooo any1 whos thinking of going there beware. i phoned o2 and explianed to them and they werent surprised. o2 have canceled my contract and have took it with o2 direct makes a differece when u talk to sum1
