Negotiating a Tariff.

I'm a low user with a four year old phone that is getting a little long in the tooth. Seen an O2 24 month Tariff, (online 15) which offers 250 texts and 75 minutes for £15/month. (with free G600)

Even this is more than I need and wonder if it's possible to reduce the minutes and texts to around 200 texts, 40 minutes with a subsequent reduction in cost to £10/month.

Has anyone ever managed this?

Possible, though as you spend so little they might not be very flexible.

For that few minutes/texts, you might be better off with PAYG?

Re: Negotiating a Tariff.

I changed to PAYG last year, but my phone is starting to get a little past its sell by date now.

I also fancy the convenience of 1. not having to keep an eye on my balance in case I run out of credit 2. being able to divert to my car-phone again.
