Question Can you use 2 different DECT phones from the same master?

A DECT phone question rather than a mobile phone one.....

I recently got a set of Panasonic DECT phones, and I have a spare set of BT Esprit ones as well. When I have both plugged into the phone sockets - neither work. One at a time and they are fine.

So - the question is - can you use two different sets of DECT phones in the same house (effectively running off the same master socket) at the same time?

thanks.

barbs.

You can only have the base station from either the Panasonic or BT set plugged in at any one time. Then you will have to register the other brand handsets to the plugged in base station.

Ok thanks. Sort of makes sense.

I'll do a bit of googling and see if I can get the BT registered with the Panasonic.
