Question Replacement Equivalent

Way back when in October I got the SE k850i the day it came out and, for a while, I enjoyed using it. But more recently I was having issues with it crashing, unresponsive touch buttons etc. Well after a while I got fed up and got CPW to send it back for repairs, after a week it had apprently been repaired. Picked it up and but a few hours later I was having the same issues.

So shortly after I took it back again and said that the problem is clearly inherent to the phone/model, "can I have another of the same model or otherwise?" Initially they said only a same model replacement, but after some tapping away he said he had raised a "rapid replacement request". He stated the name was missleading and that in a week, I will get a call off them and he will read to me a list of available alternative phones that will be of similar spec/release date.

What I'm wanting to know is what roughly can I expect on this list?
N95? LG Viewty? As both are of similar spec.

Interested to hear what people think I may be offered, I would like the Viewty methinks.

Going by the dealer sales value list from CPW you should be able to have the original N95, viewty, G600 and the majority of other stuff.
