Three Phone Contract!

Exclamation Three Phone Contract!

I am SO SO annoyed with the phone company Three!

About a two months ago I decided to start an 18 month phone contract with them at a cost of £30 a month (£32 inc VAT). This was £15 for 300 texts/mins and £15 for my phone which is a Nokia N95. Last week I looked on there website to see all of the latest offers they had on phones, and it now turns out that my contract has gone down to £24 per month which I am furious with as I contacted Three and they said my price would not be going down.
What has annoyed me even more is the fact that this means if someone with exactly the same phone as me can now get 500 texts/mins for £27!!!

IS THIS RIGHT?

Every since I started my contract with Three their service has been rubbish!

I was overcharged on my first bill, Three said I had used the internet when I had not because I do not use the internet on my phone.

I sent a query to them through the internet and asked Three to email me back. The kept continuously phoning me while I was in the middle of meetings. I had specifically told them not to phone me.

Please can someone explain to me how to get away from this horrible company! I have been with them less than three months and I am already pulling my hair out over my phone. I have never had such trouble with a phone company in my life!

Re: Three Phone Contract!

You're stuck in your contract dude, just lower it as soon as you can.

As for the ever changing price plans. It's part of life, always happens.

Re: Three Phone Contract!

a contract is a contract there. you could "keep" calling them back to speak to like a team leader to try & get somewhere, if not,...
i would think of paying them off what i owe them for the remaining months, place the phone on ebay to recover some sort of costs, & starting again with a better network. better than losing more hair....

a friend of mine was always being called all mad hours by them too.
all about profit with networks rather than customer service these times, but with 3 it surely, clearly stands out from the rest.
their marketing sucks!....
i always walk past their stores!...

let us know what happens...best of luck.

Re: Three Phone Contract!

You signed the contract and were obviously happy with it at the time, price drops are a fact of life im afraid.
