Re: windows mobile 6 and windows live

If your phone isnt under warranty, or your not too fussed about the warranty, why not just install a new rom with windows live built in? There's so many different roms out there you could happily find one that fits your needs.

Also, where are you getting the windows live from? If its an update from a network provider, sometimes they aint to reliable, they've been known to c*ck a few things up.

If you didnt get it from a network provider, try get it from a windows site or from the Microsoft Update site itself.

Dunno if I've helped, but good luck

Re: windows mobile 6 and windows live

Orange always suffocate the heck out of phones with their software. I had an N95 I had to debrand to get the wifi and VOIP to work. Bought my girlfriend a second hand N80, had to debrand that to get the wifi to work.
And I'm currently running a HTC Tytn (M3100 on Orange). All these phones were orange phones and I had to debrand all of them to get them to work the way they were designed to
