Moving '3' downloaded videos to new handset

I have recently upgraded handsets on 3 going from a SE K800i to a Nokia N95, and was wondering if anyone can help me move the videos, and music that I have donloaded from 3 onto the new handset.

The downloads are protected, but was wondering if I could move over the licences to the new handset.

I have downloaded a fair few music videos, tracks, and footy highlights over the last eighteen months, so it would be a shame to lose them

Thanks for the help

Ricky

Good news: This is possible.

Bad news: You have speak to the 3 help desk in India!

I don't know the full details but it is somehow possible

Just wondering if you managed to find out how this is done and if so can it be replicated without calling Three?

Re: Moving '3' downloaded videos to new handset

Sorry it has been a long time since I was doing this. I know a phone call is required because when you download DRM is added to the video so that it is linked to the imei of your handset.

I believe they give you a re-download to a new imei on the same number. However if you have year old football highlights it is very unlikely that they still have it on their server, but music videos they will still have.
