when i plug in my the USB cable to transfer pictures/video taken from my SE k800i using SE pc suite, my tesco broadband seems to disconnect each time usually after use, or if the USB is detached for any reason.
i use the safely remove hardware option, but somehow this still does it & it's always this what seems to do it.

..this never happened with nokia pc suite..
is this a common thing?.

The only thing I can think of (that probably wont be it) is that within the PC Suite there is the option to use the handset as a modem. Maybe it's automatically connecting using your phone and then disconnecting your broadband???

Have you noticed any GPRS icons appear on the phone when you have it connected?
