Will a unlocked iPhone work with the O2 simplicity contract?

I should be getting a iPhone soon, and plan to unlock it.

If i get a O2 simplicity £15 a month contract SIM, will that work ok in a iPhone?

What if i add the £7.50 a month unlimited web browsing?

Does that work ok?

What about youtube?

does that work on a unlocked iPhone using the above tarrif?
