Upgrade dilemma - 6500 classic or 12 months discount?

Have completed the family's upgrades and have my one left.

I want to stay with T-mobile for web n walk, which makes mine a little more difficult (if only vodafone would sort their damn data tariff out). Don't really want to go down the redemption route, so the best offers I've had so far are from T-mobile themselves.

Both 12 month contracts:

Flext 35 + Web n Walk
£27.50/month for 12 months = £330

Flext 35 + Web n Walk + Nokia 6500 classic
£27.50/6 months, £42.50/6 months = £420

Anyone had anything better?

I'm guessing a 6500 classic is worth more then £90, but not sure if its enough to be worth the hassle.

Any advice?

Thanks

The age old upgrade question. If you don't need a new phone, you could perhaps negotiate even cheaper line rental. Nothing is done and dusted until you agree a deal, so you can keep haggling. Should T-Mobile be unwilling to flex (no pun intended), then take the nokia and flick it on fleabay. That is what I have been doing for the last 3 contracts.

Re: Upgrade dilemma - 6500 classic or 12 months discount?

Have done that with the rest of the family's upgrades. This one is just finely poised.

T-Mobile don't look like they want to budge, normally I would go elsewhere but not much else comparable to web n walk right now (3 and Orange are a no no!).

I think best case the classic would go for £140ish after shipping etc. So £50 doesn't seem like its worth the bother/risk.

If no one else has had better out of T-mobile recently, I may just go for the cash discount and live with it.
