If I have a contract with Orange, but bought through the CPW, how do I go about upgrading? Do I ring orange direct?
And if I were to cancel the contract, do I write to orange directly or to CPW?

My contract is up in January and really want to wrangle a Viewty on £25 (currently dolphin 35 via CPW cashback, 500 mins and texts) and want to keep the same allowances but add data, how unlikely/likely is that considering it will be after xmas?

p.s. I go over my bill most months by circa £5
