I'm sure this thread will be locked as this has been done to death but honestly, I really can't take all the whinging about the iPhone's price and contract terms. No-one is forcing anyone to buy it. If the cost concerns you, get a Tesco mobile or similar. I also fully support Apple's right to sell it to whomever they wish. Their product, their decision.

it bothers me not, and i'm definetly not whinging.

I'm posting this as it is news, and some readers maybe interested in this as it is likely that the french contract free iphone will be a similar price.

I'm sorry if this post has upset you as it was not my intention.
