Question Best video conversion utility for Vista?

I am using Vista Ultimate and finding great difficulty in sourcing a program that can convert my avi or divx files for viewing on my N95.

Does anybody know of the best way to convert these files to give me the best results? I have tried using Super and A-Z Zune Video Converter, neither of which will work

I'm sure there must be something out there??

Re: Best video conversion utility for Vista?

I've always found the TMPGEnc 4.0 express to be very good.

A trial version can be downloaded so you can check it fits your requirements before parting with any cash.

Thanks m8 - I tried using that but the results were very 'green' and poor video quality for some reason (I guess it was something I was doing wrong!).

I have managed to find the best solution for me, which gives outstanding results. For anyone else that's interested in converting video files to view on their N95, this guide and app worked perfectly for me (and is EXTREMELY easy to use, with N95 profiles, too!):

Enjoy!
