Orange network.

Hi, I have just moved house and had previously just taken out an 18 month mobile contract, in my office of the new house I can't get a very good reception on my mobile or the call drops, I have spoken to Orange about this but all they can say is divert your mobil to an office phone, as I'm in and out of the office all day this isn't very convienient, as this is a business phone, both myself and customers are getting frustated., has anyone any ideas.

This sounds like its related to your HLR (home location register) as the mast are directing ur call to where ur hlr is but ur colleges must have a different hlr unfortunatly its not really something that can be changed.

Re: Orange network.

Hi,

I have a similar problem. I have just moved house and it looks like there is no Orange signal in the whole village. I've tried customer services to see if i can cancel the contract on those ground sbut they wont help and i'll need to buy out the contract, which is £300.

Anyone know of a way out of this? Surely if there isnt any signal then they are not providing a service?

Thanks
Dex
