Ok, I'm a little out of touch when it comes to mobiles - I've always just gone for something that will ring, let me talk to people and send the occasional text message.

My phone can be upgraded next month though and I could do with some suggestions on what might suit me best.

My only real requirement is that I'd like to be able to synch my phone with Outlook, so that I can see at a glance each morning what I've got coming up through the day. My initial thought was to go with a phone running Windows Mobile so I'd appreciate some suggestions on exactly which phones do run that software.

Also, for those people with Blackberrys, do your appointments show up on the "Home" screen in a similar fashion to Windows Mobile? I'd like a mobile where my appointments are right there in front of me without having to work through three or four different menus.
