A few weeks back I lost my samsung u-700v at a party and after having a good look and asking about I came to no luck, so claimed on my insurence and got a new one. Only a few days later my old mobile, which voda said they have switched off, turned up working but with a crack on the inside of the screen. It's still working now even though they said the block will be put on it? I was goin to give to a friend but unsure if I could get into trouble?

I know it's a bit of a tricky one that im unaware of myself, of so if anyone can help i'd be greatfull
