Hi,

I recently aquired a new K850i, the battery run out today, now it won't switch back on.

It will charge on both the PC and mains, however only the light will come on the keypad, nothing else happens and the screen remains turned off.

How do I sort this out?

Send the phone back. I think its a farce of a phone. Im back using my K800i

SE have just gone back in time in terms of reliability and performance on this phone. Its more a farce that they have released it as clearly the firmware is not up to the job. Perhaps after an update maybe.

Yeah thats the best advice, send it back like a lot ahve done on here.

While I wont go as far as synnea in saying its a farce, its no-where near the quality of my old w810i. I really miss it and after all the hype and delay for the K850I I too am quite dissapointed overall.
