SE K850 or Blackberry Pearl? HELP!!

Hi, Im having trouble deciding which phone I would like. I currently have the SE K800i and have my eye on two phones.

I like this one because it is basically an upgrade to my current phone, better camera and such like.

I was thinking about the Blackberry Pearl 8100 as well which is here: http://www.gsmarena.com/blackberry_pearl_8100-1701.php


Although this phone is mainly used for businesses and the camera is a low 1.3mp this was an option because im an apprentice and I have a lot of deadlines to meet so this is a way to orangnise everything into a phone.

Please someone help me, I cant decide!

i wouldn't buy the blackberry if i where you.

my mates dad bought one and it melted so he got another one and the same happened.

I just got the SE K850i and it's amazing. Was thinking about the Blackberry Pearl too, but I couldn't see much advantage of getting a BlackBerry (the main advantage is "push email" is it?).

Only thing with the K850i you really have to consider is the keys. There's some really smart touch screen type keys just below the screen, and those keys are brilliant. The navigation key is not too good tho, bit annoying as it's right between the number keys. And the number keys are a bit small. I guess it just takes some time to get use to it, but if I could choose I'd rather have the more conventional set of keys like the K750i.

I'm getting a Pearl as I really fancy having a lot of the PDA functions, and being able to download software to it. The push email is a bit of a gimmick to me (don't need it for work), but I'm still going to cough up £15 a month for it
