Help with my samsung G600

Whenever i recieve an incoming call, the ringtone starts off very quiet, and all of a sudden jumps to loud. It isnt set as ascending, and i am finding it quite irritating (enough for me to send it back if its an actual feature you cant get rid of)

Can anyone help me out here?

Re: Help with my samsung G600

it's meant to do that. the d900/d900i and u600 do that too. rumour has it it is a safety precaution in case the phone goes off after you've just ended a call, although i fail to see the logic why it only applies to custom tones.
