Quick Question Regarding Contracts.

I'm phoning up to upgrade my contract tomorrow, there's two phones I'm interested in and I think I know which one I want, so I'm going to order it tomorrow. What I'd like to know is, when I get the new phone, if I don't like it for some reason, am I able to phone up and choose a different phone within 14 days?

Like when you take out a new contract, you have a 14 day approval period, where you can take it back, get a replacement or cancel the contract. Is this the same when upgrading aswell?

Thanks.

Depends on the network. And you dont have a 14 day approval period on a new phone necessarily. You have 14 days on an item purchased outwith a retail store under the distance selling act.
