Moving from CPW-O2 to O2 for I-Phone.....Can i request a PAC Code??

Hi all, I almost bought an I-Phone whilst I was in the states but decided I would use the 'official' route on November 9th

My question is (i can't find the answer on o2 site) I am currently with Carphone warehouse on an O2 Tariff. I am wanting to leave CPW anyway as they have really messed me around over the last 6 months but can I request a PAC code to take my CPW number to O2 for my I-Phone.

I seem to remember seeing somewhere that this would be possible.

Thanks Nick

right nick i know that if you took out a contract with o2 b4 the 18th september you can cancel that contract and take a new iPhone contract out on november 9th without any charges, but i am not sure about CPW-o2 i dont know if this is any different? best thing to do is to ring them and actually speak to someone from CPW cust serv.

Shouldn't be a problem as long as your CPW-O2 contract has run its contract term. Although CPW-O2 often require PAC requests in writing now.
