K850i - Should I?

Hi,

Could anyone offer some advice? I was certain (until two minutes ago) that the SE K850i was the phone for me, now im not sure.

Im due an upgrade and as a big monthly spender will get almost any phone for free.

What phone would you recommend considering my main requirements from a phone are Camera and Internet. I want a good camera and if possible full page hi speed internet access.

Any ideas?

Re: K850i - Should I?

my question too
i sent back a G600 and waited for the K850i, after seeing one in the flesh for the first time today i am begining to regret it!
very bulky and awkward, shame cos i like SE and just bought two for my kids a K550i and T650i, both ergonomically superior
then there is the issue over PQ. dont think the SE is all its cracked up to be or the build read this review as its the first i have seen on both phones..

Re: K850i - Should I?

Hmmmmm...

I'm still confused and I have vodafone calling me tomorrow am to go through my upgrade!

I am convinced that as a Camera the K850i wins my vote, but its the internet capabilities that concern me. Is the screen big enough and does it offer the full page (with zoom) web functionalility ala iPhone.

I just want to take good pictures and experience good web browsing in the smallest phone possible.

I have the k800i and the only reason i am not going for the k850i is because of the screen size. Nokia N95 8gb is probably the phone for me.

Re: K850i - Should I?

i wouldn't bother with the k850i. almost everyone who has one seems to be a wee bit disappointed in it. besides, its a sony ericsson - the build quality is almost always crap and they keep on rehashing the same old tired designs . they're very overrated.

get the g600 instead. it's better quality, has better quality camera, and is overall technically better (not to mention its not over-priced)
