I have a W810i that is stuck in headphone mode eventhough there are no headphones plugged into the phone.

The headphone icon is displayed in the top status bar and the phone will play any sounds whatsoever, be it keypad tones, call ringtones or music.

I have tried a Master Reset but this has not resolved the issue.

Does anyone please have any idea what could be the problem ?
