O2 contract phones still unlocked?

Hi,
Can someone confirm if all O2 contract phones are still unlocked. They certainly were upto 2years ago but I have been with Orange for two years.

Phones I am considering from O2 are the Nokia 6300, N73 or Sony w880i, 580i

I got a Sony Ericsson K800i last September and I swapped it a few months later with my mum for her D900 and she is on Vodafone and her sim card worked fine in it.
