I really want a small lightweight phone as I like to travel light, especially when i'm out to the pub at the weekend. However, I also want to use facilities such as the internet, ammending Word/Excel documents and obtaining fast typing speeds for work (so I guess a QWERTY keyboard).
I have been looking at the smallest PDAs to bridge my requirements, but nothing really suits as they are too large/heavy (and why do so many not have 3G??)
The closest I have come to success us the new HTC S710
http://www.europe.htc.com/en/products/htcs710.html or the Samsung F700
http://www.mobilegazette.com/samsung-f700-07x02x10.htm or at a real push the Samsung I600

I therefore wondered if I could instead go all out and get a very good (and large) smartphone or PDA which I would use most of the time, but then have a back up simple and small phone only device for the rarer occasions. Rather than keep swapping over SIM cards, is there a way I can set up a system whereby both phones ring and receive texts automatically? I can then just switch off one and turn on the other as and when I need them?
Currently with O2 on a business contract by the way
Any help woudl be great peeps
