Has anyone managed to register their orange mobile to take advantage of the free e-mails etc etc and £1 credit back. The online route just gives me a message about a fault that orange know about (but aren't in any hurry to fix). The dial 450 route starts off with options for registration but as you get further in to the menu they disappear and the only option you're left with is speaking to CS at a cost of 25p which on principle i'm not doing. Grrrr
