The cashback offers are becoming more and more strict in terms of what they want you to do to claim.
It's now common to see them insist on seeing all of the pages of all of the originals of all of your bills for the claim period, with the caveat that if you fail to meet any of the criteria, you lose all of you money with no chance to appeal.
If you think all of your bills are going to arrive in the post and you think you can stick to the criteria, then go for it. My bills have a habit of going missing and I've had so much hassle from mobileshop.com messing me about that I'm looking to not do a cashback deal now; instead I'm going to go with the network provider and try and negotiate a decent deal direct.
If you're going to do one, check the terms and conditions very, very carefully and follow them to the letter...as otherwise your bargain cashback deal becomes very expensive if you miss out.
There are a large amount of horror stories on here about basically every company's cashback schemes, but I found those from e2save and dialaphone to be the best. The smaller cowboy outfits tend to have the most extreme terms and conditions and be the ones that most people complain about.
