I'm after some recommendations for some decent quality walkie talkies for work.

We have quite a large site and need to get hold of people quite often (mobile phones are not practical for a number of reasons).

I have been using some cheap (£45 a pair) walkie talkies, but the signal quality, build quality and battery life just isn't up to the level we require. I have seen some professional ones, but they are £130 each which is a bit too much.

Any recommendations welcome.
