Can i use stateside phone N75 over here?

i saw one of these the other day and wondered if i can obtain one from the states and use over here?

anything i need to do or be aware of before seriously trying to get my hands on one?

this is a quad-band GSM phone + UMTS (3G) so you should not have any problems using this phone over here.

It'll work over here, but you won't be able to use 3G with it in Europe. The US version of 3G operates on different frequency bands to Europe (850/1900Mhz vs. 2100Mhz).

If 3G is a priority then the N76 is almost identical in features and physically smaller.
