Nokia N95, 5 MP camera.

Tomtom 6 doesn't work with the built in GPS yet but will work with an external unit.

Get any Nokia symbian 3rd edition phone (N73, N80, N95 E65) as tomtom 6 runs very well on these.

All you need is an external GPS reciever and the software which I can help with PM me.
