Connected my SE K608i to my laptop last night via data cable it came with. All went well until I tried to transfer some files from my laptop to the phone using the SE software that came with the phone but it won't let me do it. It will only tranfer files from the phone to the laptop

Do I need to get the phone unlocked to do this or is there any other software that I can use?

What files are they? if they are jpegs maybe they are too big or mp3s too long.
