Breaking a contract

Does anyone know of or have experience of what has happened if you return the phone mid contract as you believe the terms of that contract to be unfair? I have one of these cheque back ones and am having trouble and considering just sending the whole package back.

If you were mis-sold the package and the tariff or charges differ from what was stated at the time of sale you can return it.

THe chequeback things are tricky cos there's usually heaps of smallprint that gets them off the hook.

Guess it depends on what you consider unfair and if so why did you sign it in the first place? if you think you have been lied to over the contract then thats a different matter.
