IMate SPL or HTC S710

Hi All,

I want to look at getting either a IMate SPL or HTC S710 Smartphone.

I have had PDA phones before, and dont really get on with them as I find them awkward when in pockets as I always catch a button and the keylock has been unreliable as if the device wakes itself up, then buttons can be pressed. (O2 XDAIIi and IIs)

So I want something more like a handset, but with the ability to sync emails, contacts etc with my exchange server at home (which I have already done using my PDA phones)

I like the look of the IMate SPL as its compact (very much like the Moto L7) but it lacks WLAN, which is also why I like the look of the S710 but thats a little more bulky what with its slide out keyboard, but seems to me to be the better all round phone, plus it runs Windows Mobile 6.

Anyone have any thoughts on which is the better bit of kit or are they both moreorless the same quality??
