Praise for Vodafone

My son's W850i had a problem with the mic so I contacted Vodafone as it was still under warranty.A special delivery prepaid bag arrived Wednesday so I sent it off straight away - got it back repaired yesterday so they had it for just one day. For once they get my vote!

are you sure its not a reconditioned handset, once they got the one u sent they banged a recon in the post

It has the same IMEI and the themes were still on it that had been downloaded so it must be the same phone?
