If you are going for one of the 12 month free/12 month contract deals I would recommend the mobile outlet. I have had two deals with them and they have paid up quickly each time. You just have to make sure you keep all your bills and send them in (using registered post) at the required times. Plus, go through Quidco and get an extra £30 (or £15 with phoneboxdirect). It does seem too good a deal to be true but they rely on people losing their bills/forgetting/not being bothered etc. You must stay on the same tariff though.
