What dya reckon?

I started off at looking to upgrade my phone and contract by thinking i want either a free ipod, or blackberry (or both ) but in my hours of searching and deciding came across this.

Am I missing something or is this a really good deal? I know you have to claim but for £420 ill cope. I can live without the ipod if im honest and the blackberry nice as it sounds is a bit over the top for my needs considering i already own a PDA. I presume this will sync with outlook etc so i suppose my main questions are:

Is the phone half decent
Has anyone used the company before
Is their a better deal to be had
