Terrible customer service - O2

Right,

This is a short version, if you have time to spare and are interested in how O2 hoses it's potential customers, head here.

I discovered a good deal from O2 about a month ago, a N73 / 12months / £25pcm. After that everything went south. The first email that I got back from them claimed that the phone was out of stock. Ok, thats probable since it was out of stock from Orange as well.

But a month later after numerous calls to CS that tell me that the phone is in stock, their online shop claims that the phone is in stock, automated emails back from CS that tell me that the phone is out of stock and countless members of CS staff that just pass the buck (apart from one, but who fell silent after only two emails) I still don't have the phone in my hands. And my PAC from Orange has expired.

So, if anyone has the details for the head of Customer Services at O2, please post it in this thread or PM me.
