Sending a text from the 02 Website

Can anyone whos an online 02 customer actually use thier "send a text" service on thier website ? Everytime I go into and try it comes back with "this service is currently unavailable" its done this for months ?

i was on o2 online for years and it never worked

ive never needed it that badly to contact o2 about it, but have you tried that?
