Hi guys,

A friend of mine has managed to block their phone by entering the pin incorrectly too many times.

Does anybody know how they can unblock it?

You need to get a PUK code, contact the network, don't try and guess this as entering this incorrect too many times = a new sim card

if its on o2 you can get the puk from the website

I forgot to say, some networks actually provide the PUK in the information you get with the sim card, I know virgin does this, not sure about anyone else

T-mobile. But it's all sorted now so thanks anyway

OK cool, cos if their on orange then im pretty sure you can get one by just singing into your account online and selecting an option to do that.

Anyway, good that its all sorted.
