Only problem is I HATE the phone! I love the looks but for useability its a real dog, very slow, takes about twice as many key presses as the K750 to send a simply message and I find it impossible to send a txt with one hand. The position of the delete key also means I will probably drop the phone if I make a mistake - awful.
I work away so cannot return it till next Mon 9 days after I got it. Can I just cancel the new contract terms, return the phone and wait till a better phone comes along? I dont like the K800 either. |
Hi bulldoze,
I work for Vodafone. On upgrades we do offer a 14 Day cooling off period. If you bought it from a Vodafone store and you can get back to them within the 14 Days they'll also be able to sort out the handset / new commitment period for you. If you bought it over the telephone you could also contact 191 (option 5 option 1) and they'll be able to transfer you through to the 14 Day Returns department.
