Orbit or normal phone-Cant decide, help please

I am due to upgrade at end of feb and cant decide between an orbit or a normal phone, my main use would phone, text ,storing video and mp3 etc so how good is it at those things, not bothered by no keyboard so that is not an issue but cant decide if i should get it or stick to something more conventional, like wait for the n95 or get another samsung
also how loud is it when it rings as i need a good volume level?
Any help would be great

Plenty of phones now do mp3 and video so not really an orbit forte but since it's got built in gps it's a navigation device and a mini computer, it has endless uses and capabilities, you just have to decide if you would use them.

It's is a great tool with maybe a bigger screen than most normal mobiles since there is no keypad.

Re: Orbit or normal phone-Cant decide, help please

Just to say that I've had an ORBIT sincce early December now and find it to be a great phone / PDA / Sat Nav.

In my mind there is only one draw back to consider .... Can you live without a keypad, I have found that I do miss the ability to use the phone for texting with one hand i.e. sending a text is easy with a regular phone in one hand, with the ORBIT you will need to use both hands (one to hold the phone and one to use the stylus) - this is of course mostly relevant to texting and only a drawback if you are on the move.

I believe that the functionality of the phone far outweighs the drawback of having to use a stylus for texting.

Regards
