Changing from Orange to 02

I have a PAC code from Orange as I'm changing to the 02 network and keeping the same mobile number.

Can I input the number myself or is it something that I need to contact 02 customer services for.

You need to contact O2, they will then sort it out for you. Think mine took about two days to transfer. Just make sure you have all your contacts, as afterwards your orange sim card will be useless!
