phone with decent bluetooth signal?

phone with decent bluetooth signal?
i have a Sony W800i, and just tried this with my Parrot CK3100 LCD and the signal is very weak just one foot away, and keeps dropping!!

any have any decent recommendations for other phones with a great signal for such devices?

I think you may have a faulty phone or car kit as just about any bluetooth enabled phone will have a range of about 5metres at least.
