Help Please re Play Mobiles

Probably a stupid question but I don't get on with my current mobile (Moto V3X ?) which is on a Vodafone contract so I wondered if I bought a new phone from Play.com which is shown as Vodafone Prepay could I just replace the sim it comes with with my contract one & carry on or can you only use the Play phone with the supplied sim (?)

Re: Help Please re Play Mobiles

It would be possible, though you may have to contact Vodafone to get it as unlocked, as they are sometimes locked to PAYT/ Contract only.
If you do encounter problems, if you go to Vodafone.co.uk, then contact us, if you email your IMEI, someone will be able to help (if you include FIT135 somewhere in the body of the text if will get forwarded to the correct people)
