um, unless my math is wrong, assuming 02's minutes/texts is enough for you, then there is little difference costwise.......the first 12 months on 3 will end up costing you approx £270, the 12 months on 02 will cost £210 plus £100 for the phone.....so thats £40 difference at most......except with 3 you are bound to pay another 6 months by contract at £30 which means another £180...whereas on 02 the next 6 months will only cost you £100....so therefore the 3 contract over 18 months means you pay £40 MORE than 02.....however you do get a lot more texts...but do you usually send more than 500 texts a month? (i struggle to send my 50 freebie allocation...lol)
so if you have no problem with 02's service so far, i'd say stick with 02, perhaps work on the 12 month costing i show and phone back and say can they at least meet you halfway and knock another £20 off the handset?....if not, well, its up to you...personally i'd rather be tied in to just 12 months contract knowing if i take it on 6 months longer i've saved money by staying with 02.....
however i'm on T-Mobile which is completely different....lol....i refuse to pay more than £15 a month as i just dont use more than that....heh...and i've always been happy with their service.....
