K800 music files & wap questions

Hi all, just wondering what the best files are for music on a phone?? Does k800 play aac files and how do they compare to mp3's in quality of sound?

Also, on orange but i can't get internet or video calls to work. i've got settings from sonyericsson.com but still no joy. Can anyone help?

The K800 plays MP3 and AAC, AAC generally has better sound quality at any given bitrate over Mp3.

As for video calling and the such, get in touch with your local orange shop, they should be able to help.
