It comes down to your own taste there are many that have them features.

Are you looking for it to be contract/sim free/pay and go?

Whats your budget?

You could get a W800 or W810 for a good price nowadays, and it fits the bill quite well - camera is about as good as you'll get at 2mp, and with later firmwares can take up to 4gig (not sure about the W800 tho). good bt implementation, radio is pretty good as well.

Re: What phone do you recommend?

Up to £100, you'll have to go for a K750 or W550, both good phones, but the camera on the W550 is pretty poor (way too grainy).

They're good phones, but I found it was a little chunky for my pocket. I've just replaced it with an LG KG800 (Chocolate to most people) and it's much slimmer. It's more of a fashion phone though, so no radio or expandable memory I'm afraid. Got mine for £112 delivered off ebay.
