Media phone

Hi, my razor phone is on it's last legs, well the battery is anyway.
I'm thinking of getting a new phone, but i want one that'll do everything.
It needs to be able to take big SD cards to store at least 4gb of music, and hopefully take photos at at least 3mp.
Budget is around £250 and i'd like the phone to look nice aswell
Any suggestions?

Re: Media phone

3mp phone cameras are pretty new......... so the Nokia N80 will probably be for you.

Slightly over your budget..... but thats the going rate for your spec right now.

I have the 6280, which is 2mp, and is a VERY good phone.

In my experiance, Nokia do the best phone to PC communication of any of them. I used SonyE for ages, but their Bluetooth sync software is rubbish. Nokia stuff just works straight out the box.

Re: Media phone

Not too keen on the looks of that phone although it does tick all the boxes.
Maybe i'll just wait another month or 2 to see what comes out.

Except for the N80 having terrible battery life, and not being particularly reliable.

You may have to sacrifice the camera, and drop to 2mp if you want something that can take up to 4gig - an SE K750/W800/W810, the 6280 (camera is better on the SEs though).

N73 or K800 would be other alternatives, but at least on the K800, its limited to 1gig of storage for the moment.
