Clearance deals?

Has anyone ordered a clearance deal phone from the OneStopPhoneshop website before. I realise that these are usually customer returns or refurbs but what generally is the overall condition of these handsets.

I have purchased a clearance D900 from E2 Save (Owned by Carphone Warehouse as are One Stop Phone Shop).
Have had no problems with it.
Came boxed with all the accesories too
